    Publicado em

    Globe 24-7, P&C Recruiting and HR and 3Pillars Asia Pacific have announced the strategic merger of their businesses to, they say, offer a single solution provider for direct candidate recruitment, RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) and human resources consulting services across the global mining industry.

    Spanning Asia Pacific, North and South America, Africa and Europe, employers and job seekers will now experience a single source partner to fulfill their workforce and career path strategies, the companies say.

    Headquartered in Perth, Western Australia, the business will be led by Jon Wilson as Executive Chair (Co-founder and Managing Director of 3 Pillars Asia Pacific), Alastair Fisher as CEO (CEO of Globe 24-7 since January 2020), Dana Pray, Vice President North America Delivery and Rhonda Zuraff, Vice President Global Business Development and Marketing (co-Founders of P&C Recruiting and HR).

    Wilson and Fisher said: “Our teams around the world play an important role in the mining sector by sourcing and supporting the people required to safely operate and grow critical mineral supply. This merger puts our senior leaders close to mining sector decision makers in Australia and North America, whilst our teams work across the globe in a wide range of languages to source and support candidates.

    “With this merger, we are excited to grow with our clients as they develop and expand in North America and around the world.”

    Key service divisions for the Globe 24-7 include:

    • Executive and technical recruitment: Direct hire recruitment for the mining sector;
    • RPO: Full managed service and micro RPO partnerships;
    • HR consulting: Global compensation services, workforce planning, organisational and job design, leadership development, compliance and workforce development; and
    • Interim contract employees: Short- and medium-term contracted employees to fulfill roles in project leadership, engineering, accounting and finance, human resources, health and safety and more.

    Pray and Zuraff added: “We are thrilled to become part of Globe 24-7, creating new opportunities for both our clients and our employees. The combined business will lead the way in helping mining companies attract and retain talent while providing professionals with access to opportunities across the world’s mining districts.”
