    Publicado em

FLSmidth & Co. A/S (FLS) announced its intention to establish a fourth business line, effective January 1, 2027. Alanas Kraujalis, currently interim president of the company’s Service Business Line, will be appointed president of the new Crushing, Sizing & Screening (CSS) Business Line. Petri Virrankoski will join FLS in 2027 to assume the role of president, Service Business Line.

FLS said the planning and development of its new corporate strategy is well advanced, and it will be officially launched in November 2026. The company will move from three to four business lines: Capital Products; Service; Pumps, Cyclones & Valves; and CCS.

“This structural shift marks a pivotal step in enabling our growth journey,” said FLS CEO Toni Laaksonen. “Expanding to four business lines allows us to further sharpen our customer focus and significantly increase our execution power across the company. We are building a stronger, more agile foundation to deliver even greater long-term value for our customers.”

The company said CSS Business Line will bring together related capabilities connected to how customers plan, operate and optimize their flowsheets around these technologies.
